The tournament will be run entirely on Topdeck.gg. All players must register their deck via the Topdeck.gg platform before the event begins. No physical or handwritten deck lists will be accepted.

Tournament Structure
General Policy
All games and rulings must strictly follow the most recent Official Tournament Rules and Comprehensive Rules provided by Devsisters. The tournament will be run entirely on Topdeck.gg.

Constructed
Deck Requirements
- 60-card legal deck
- Up to 6 EXTRA cards
- Deck recipe must be submitted in advance
- Card sleeves
- Valid ID
- Promotion cards distributed during the event cannot be included in decks
- Banned or restricted cards cannot be included

Tournament Format
- Swiss Rounds, Best-of-1
- Swiss rounds followed by Single Elimination Top Cut
- No extra turns during Swiss rounds
- Unfinished matches during Swiss rounds count as a double loss
- Top 32 through Top 4: Best-of-1, with extra turns
- Top 4 through Finals: Best-of-3, with extra turns
- Time per round: 90 minutes for Top 32
- Finals: No time limit
Rounds
- Swiss rounds, final count based on attendance
- Top 32 players advance to Single Elimination Top Cut
Deck Recipe Submission
Submission Deadline
Complete deck recipes must be submitted to the Judge or Tournament Organizer before Round 1 starts.
Policy
No changes can be made to a deck once the tournament begins. Late submissions may result in a Game Loss or Disqualification at the Lead Judge's discretion.
Deck Check Procedures
Judges will perform regular deck checks to maintain the integrity of the event.
Random Checks
- At least two random deck checks should be performed per round during the Swiss stages.
Top 8 Mandatory Check
- Before the Top 8 single-elimination bracket begins, Judges must perform a full deck check for all 8 finalists.
Integrity Standards
- Verify physical cards against the submitted deck list
- Inspect sleeves for scuffs, marks, or patterns that may indicate marked cards
- Ensure all sleeves are identical, non-reflective, and non-translucent
- Ensure sleeves are consistent with official sleeve rules
